1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and RAASO TRUCKING LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the raasotrucking.com website and logistics services.

2. Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from RAASO Trucking LLC through web form submissions (Rate Quote, Contact Form, Driver Application), you agree to the following messaging terms. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

• Program Description: SMS messages sent by RAASO Trucking LLC include load tracking alerts, dispatch status updates, rate quote confirmations, driver application updates, and emergency operational notices.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon texting STOP, we will send an SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at raasotruckingllc@gmail.com or (402) 772-0217.
• Carriers Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Costs: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your active load transactions.
• Privacy: We respect your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

3. Freight Transportation & Logistics Services

RAASO Trucking LLC operates as an interstate motor carrier regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). All freight movements are conducted according to applicable federal transportation regulations and bilateral bill of lading contracts.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Nebraska and federal transportation law.
